1. Who This Applies To
These Promotion Conditions apply to all customers who place an order through the Broth Brothers website (brothbrothers.store) and who have not opted out of receiving marketing communications.

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree that Broth Brothers may send you promotional emails about special offers, new products, restocks, and exclusive deals. Your email address will be used solely for this purpose and will never be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Our legal basis for sending promotional communications to existing customers is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in marketing similar products and services to people who have already purchased from us, as permitted under the Belgian Law of 13 June 2005 on electronic communications.
