2. Products
All products sold by Broth Brothers are intended for general wellness and nutritional purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to change without notice.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Subscriptions
Subscription orders require a minimum commitment of 3 months. After the minimum period, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by contacting us. You will be billed monthly on the anniversary of your first order date. Subscription prices are locked in at the rate active at the time of sign-up.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to Belgium and the Netherlands only. Standard shipping is €4.99 with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Broth Brothers is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including text, images, logos, and branding - is the property of Broth Brothers and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broth Brothers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
